Comfort Inn

We had a great stay! Clean, comfy rooms, but Ashley at the front desk was the highlight of our stay!! Not only professional and hospitable but HILARIOUS and had us laughing during every interaction.

Im not sure why there are so many low rating reviews. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, new rooms and great air conditioning. The breakfast area could use some work as the breakfast is only granola bars, apples, juice and muffins however, I love the Van houtte coffee, hot chocolate machine. They also have tea, French vanillas and more that you can get whenever you want. The beds were nice and overall great experience. The one thing that could be improved is the fridge that is a very small fridge and we couldn’t fit much into it. Overall great hotel and would happily come back in a heart beat.

Went while reno were on going. No carpet, echoy as he'll. Room were clean. Most comfortable hotel bed EVER. Staff were top notch. Enjoyed my stay will be back.

We visited during renovations, which didn't affect us at all. Close to the downtown area and near restaurants and coffee places. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessities. The front desk staff was great, polite, and personable. We had a heating issue in the room and quickly fixed it. They had a mini breakfast station set up if we wanted in the morning. I'm glad we stayed here.

Staff are all 10/10. They're friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. Lots of power outlets. Lots of lights. Beds are super comfy. Tons of parking. A few things the hotel can do to make it a 10/10: - bathroom needs hooks or a bar to hang towels for showering. Currently there's nothing. I have to put my towel on the toilet. - the fridge is way too small and there's no separation between the freezer and fridge. It froze my lettuce rendering it inedible. The Huntsville comfort inn has great fridges - good size and even a veggie crisper section at the bottom. - microwave in the rooms. I really dislike having to go all the way to the kitchen to warm up my meals. - bring breakfast back. The Huntsville comfort inn still does breakfast and it's great. I don't have the time or the desire to go to stacked pancake house in the morning. Even with the $5 off coupon, it's still not worth the time and effort to go sit down. I need to get a super quick bite then go to work. I miss when you guys had the mini waffle iron. That thing is fun and an easy win to please guests.

Location is great. Close to everything, breakfast is included waffles cereal an muffins. I like you can get coffee an hot chocolate anytime. Will be back again.. room was very clean, beds were nice an comfortable. Staff is friendly

The hotel is under renovation but still excellent value, clean, comfortable rooms, quality matresses & bedding. The staff are amazing, kind, helpful & genuinely care for your needs. Rob, Janice & Jen at Front desk so nice, helpful & professional, the House Cleaning staff, Michelle & Jasmine work hard cleaning, are kind & provide exceptional service. Best place I have stayed & worth the renovations.

Stayed here for wedding Sept 13-15/24 and everything was excellent! The highlight was the staff by far!!! Terri and I'm sorry i don't remember her name but the other desk staff. Terri went above and beyond to ensure we had a working fridge, and the other lady went out of her way to ensure we had a cab to our wedding venue we appreciate you more than you know!! Thank you

first I want to recognize how sweet the staff is here at this location...we met with Melissa upon arrival and she is an absolute gem! ..myself, husband and 13yr daughter booked for a 1 night stay and im disappointed that we didn't do our second night stay at the sleep inn..the hotel is under renos so the outside is a little bit of a mess so i can see why some would be put off..upon walking in my first thought was i feel bad for the people who let the bad reviews scare them from this hotel the room we stayed in was a double queen room although a little small it was great and fully renovated there was no noises even in the morning as the workers were outside doing their things being a light sleeper it does not take much to wake me up... the only things that i would have to say is the pillows are a little to soft but that in itself is a personal preference...they do offer breakfast but its simple on the go things like muffins, juice, apples and some granola bars the coffee in the breakfast area was delicious! if your looking for more of a breakfast they have a stacked right next door along with a popeyes ...dont let the bad reviews scare you away from this one! thank you again Melissa!

New renos, great staff!, incredibly reasonable pricing and I loved my view of chipmunks and red squirrels playing. We had a bushy view that added to the quaintness. Highly recommend this place.
